Product Description

FURI SD3 Lining Machine

1. Cap hoister feeder: sorting disordered caps in order and mouth upwards

2.Cap feeding conveyor: Feed ready cap to main machine. If there is no enough cap on the conveyor, main machine will stop running, to avoid idling waste.

3.Liner inserting station: liner inserting tool grip liner by air suction and inset liner into caps. If there is no enough liners in the liner holder, main machine will stop running, to avoid waste.

4.Complete turntable structure:Dual stations ensure that the cap liner insertion speed can reach 6600 pcs per hour.

5.Cap discharge: Completed caps discharge automatically. Final caps will be detected by sensor, cap without liner will be rejected from good caps.
